I was finishing up a screenplay called, “Mannecop.” It’s about a loose cannon cop who gets halfway coated in plastic during a failed sting operation. He gets fired because he’s an idiot, but then the Commissioner lets him work as a rogue officer because the Commissioner is also an idiot. It’s early, but we’ll probably have a cast made up entirely of professional athletes.
